I strongly believe that in a fast changing world, self-organization makes teams more agile and adaptable and is able to make better use of the untapped potential of employees. This requires a clear and strong identity as a compass to navigate the organization through challenging situations. 

 

I have 10 years experience working as both a brand strategist in consultancy and a manager in several commercial roles within a corporate environment. I experienced many different organizational forms at various locations both at home and abroad.
